1. Information We Collect
Account data: When you register, we collect your username, email address, date of birth, and account type (individual or couple). For couple accounts, both partners' information is collected and linked via an invite token.
Profile data: Your dating profile may include a bio, physical attributes (height, body type, sexual role), lifestyle dynamic type, experience level, boundaries, preferences, fetish tags, and safe sex practices. You control what information you provide.
Location data: To power geospatial discovery and matching, we store a general location (latitude/longitude) that you provide. This is used to calculate approximate distances between users. We do not track your real-time location.
Photos and media: Uploaded photos and videos are stored on secure S3-compatible object storage. All photos undergo automated processing (resizing, thumbnail generation) and are subject to moderation review before becoming visible to others.
Messages and interactions: Conversations, messages, meetup confirmations, reviews, event RSVPs, forum posts, and other interactions you have on the platform are stored to provide and maintain these features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and profile

- To manage meetup confirmations, reviews, and reputation
- To process premium subscriptions and token purchases
- To verify identity for safety and trust purposes
- To enforce community guidelines and content moderation
- To provide safety features such as trusted contacts and check-ins
- To send service notifications (messages, meetup requests, event reminders)
3. Identity Verification
We use Veriff, a third-party identity verification service, to confirm that our members are real adults. When you initiate verification, you are redirected to Veriff's secure environment. We receive only the verification result (approved/rejected) — not your identity documents. Verification is required before you can request meetups or leave reviews.
4. Payments
Premium subscriptions and token purchases are processed by CCBill, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full credit card number. CCBill provides us with a subscription identifier and transaction status so we can manage your premium features. Payment details are governed by CCBill's own privacy policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:
- With Veriff for identity verification (verification result only returned to us)
- With CCBill for payment processing (we receive no card data)
- With service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery) under data processing agreements
- When required by law, court order, or to respond to legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public
6. Cookies and Authentication
We use cookies to store authentication tokens (JWT access and refresh tokens). These cookies are necessary for you to stay logged in and use the platform. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion anonymizes your personally identifiable information (email, username, name) and deactivates your account. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and safety records. Transaction and moderation records may be retained as required by law or for dispute resolution.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Withdraw consent at any time

9. Security
We employ industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), JWT-based authentication with token rotation, secure media storage, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable any available security features.
10. Children's Privacy
This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Age validation is enforced at registration, and identity verification further confirms age. If you believe a minor has registered, please report it immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
