Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the platform.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Age validation is enforced at registration and confirmed through identity verification. Misrepresentation of your age is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. There are two account types:

  • Individual accounts: For single users (bulls).
  • Couple accounts: For partnered users. Couple registration creates linked accounts for both partners, connected via an invite token. Both partners are responsible for activity on the shared profile.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

4. Identity Verification

We use Veriff to verify the identity and age of our members. Verification is required before you can request meetup confirmations or leave reviews. Attempting to circumvent verification, using false documents, or verifying on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any member
  • Post non-consensual, underage, or illegal content
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the platform for commercial solicitation or sex work advertisement
  • Share another member's private information (doxxing)
  • Create fake or fraudulent profiles
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use the messaging system to send spam or malicious content
  • Circumvent message limits, paywalls, or other platform restrictions
  • Coordinate or facilitate non-consensual activities

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. Accounts receiving 3 or more reports within 24 hours are subject to automatic suspension pending review.

6. Consent and Conduct

This platform facilitates connections between consenting adults. All interactions, whether online or in person, must be based on mutual, informed, and ongoing consent. We do not tolerate non-consensual behavior in any form. If you experience non-consensual conduct, use the report and block features, or trigger an emergency alert from the safety settings.

7. Content and Moderation

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, messages, forum posts). By posting, you grant us a license to host, display, and process that content for platform operations.

All uploaded photos are subject to review and must be approved before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or moderate any content that violates these terms or our community standards.

You may report any user or content that violates these terms using the in-platform reporting tools. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action.

8. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through CCBill and provide enhanced features such as unlimited messaging (free accounts are limited to 10 messages per day).

  • Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds for chargebacks are processed per CCBill's policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

9. Virtual Tokens

The platform includes a virtual token economy. Tokens are purchased with real currency via CCBill and can be spent on digital goods (badges, frames, gifts) within the platform. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are non-refundable except where required by law. All token transactions are recorded in an immutable ledger for audit purposes.

10. Reviews and Reputation

After a mutually confirmed meetup, both parties may submit reviews rating the experience across four dimensions: respectfulness, reliability, physical accuracy, and communication. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experiences. Submitting fraudulent, retaliatory, or abusive reviews is prohibited. The reviewed party may submit one reply per review.

11. Safety Features

The platform provides safety tools including trusted contacts (up to 3), meetup check-ins, and emergency alerts. These features are provided as a convenience and do not guarantee safety. You are solely responsible for your personal safety when meeting others. We strongly encourage meeting in public places, informing trusted contacts of your plans, and using the check-in feature.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every member is verified, trustworthy, or safe to meet. We are not liable for the conduct of any user on or off the platform, nor for any outcomes of in-person meetings. You use the platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion anonymizes your personally identifiable information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a safety risk, or are subject to repeated reports. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
